The MVMNT Silver Dollar City Trip - REGISTRATION FORM

NOTE: This is the official registration page for this trip! Even if you filled out the interest form, YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM for you to officially be registered for the trip!

We’ll be traveling to Silver Dollar City as a youth group on November 15–16.

• We’ll leave from the church Saturday morning and return Sunday after attending a service in Branson.
• Cost: $125
  • ($50 for the winning team of Fall Games!)

LODGING:
We will be staying at a lodge located on a church property — it’s super nice, not far from Silver Dollar City, and has beds (we’ll just need to bring our own bedding).

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:

• Meet at the Church: Saturday, November 15 at 5:00 AM
• Return: Sunday, November 16 around 6:00 PM
• Worship Service: On Sunday morning, we’ll be attending the service at the church located on the property where we’re staying before heading home. Please make sure students bring semi-nice clothes for that service.
• Meals: All meals are included except for dinner in the park on Saturday night and lunch on the way home Sunday.

I know this trip is a bit more expensive, but I encourage your students to start saving — it’s going to be an unforgettable experience!
